தோமா-இந்தியாவுக்காக

இந்தியாவை பொருத்தவரை கிறிஸ்தவ மதம் என்பது வெள்ளைக்காரர்கள் கொண்டு வந்தது என கருதப்படுகிறது .ஆனால் அது உண்மையில்லை.பாரதத்தின் முதல் கிறிஸ்தவர் தோமாவாகத்தான் இருக்க முடியும்.யேசுபிரானின் பன்னிரெண்டு சீடர்களில் ஒருவரான இவர் கிபி 70 களில் இந்தியா வந்து கிறிஸ்தவத்தையும் யேசுவின் அன்பையும் போதித்து திரிந்தார்.யேசுவின் பன்னிரெண்டு சீடர்களில் ஒருவர் இந்தியா வந்தது அதுவும் தமிழ்நாடு வந்தது நமக்கெல்லாம் பெருமை.சென்னையில் அந்த முதல் கிறிஸ்தவர்,யேசுவின் சீடர் தோமா ஈட்டியால் குத்தி கொல்லப்பட்டார்.அவர் நினைவாக இன்றும் பரங்கிமலையில் புனித தோமா ஆலயமும் அவர் கல்லறையும் உள்ளது.இந்தியாவுக்காக அதுவும் தமிழ் நாட்டுக்காக கடவுள் தன் சீடரையே அனுப்பிவைத்தது கடவுளுக்கு நம் மேல் உள்ள கரிசனையை காட்டுகிறது அல்லவா?.

Thomas for IndiaAccording to India, Christianity is a religion which came to India through English people. But that’s not the fact. Thomas is the first Christian of India. He is one of the disciple of Jesus, he cam to India in AD 70`s and was preaching Christianity and Gods love to all the people. Its pride for us God send one of his disciples to India, that too specially to Tamil Nadu. That first Christian, disciple of Jesus was speared to death in Chennai (Madras).In his memorial even you can find today a church over there in St.Thomas mount also his cemetery in Chennai. God send his disciple to India that too to Tamil Nadu that shows his concern on us. Isn’t it?
